September 2006 Our company retained [Triangle Commercial] for the purpose of assessing what interest, if any, commercial developers might have in acquiring our property, and to determine what approximate value might be realized in such a transaction. We complicated Triangle Commercial's task enormously by asking that his promotional efforts be undertaken on a nearly confidential basis with the understanding that we were pessimistic about our company's willingness to even consider selling.
