Career Summary & Current Responsibilities
Peter is originally from Albany, NY, where he attended Albany Academy, the nation's oldest preparatory school, on a language scholarship. He later graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in French. Peter is fluent in French and conversant in German, Italian and Spanish. Shortly after his graduation in 1997 he moved to the Triangle, attracted by the vibrant economy and of course the great weather! He currently lives in North Raleigh with his wife and three beautiful dogs.

Peter has an array of sales, marketing, and customer service expertise in both the business and non-profit sectors. Peter moved to the Triangle in a residential real estate position and soon joined the Capital Area Soccer League as its Sales & Marketing Manager, also serving as Adult League Registrar. A dedicated soccer player and coach, Peter holds his National License from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and served on the Executive Marketing Committee of the United Soccer League.

It wasn't long before Peter's passion for real estate brought him back to the real estate market. Having worked in both single family residential and multi-family he is excited to be in the commercial arena. "Although the transer of ownership and structures are different with commercial real estate, the clients' needs are still the number one priority and that will never change." Peter works with clients in all areas of commercial real estate and serves his clients by maintaining an intimate knowledge of the market on both a micro and macro level. While he does not specialize in any specific area his focus has been in the brokerage of investment properties. Peter believes that "An understanding fo the Cash Flow Analysis, Sales Potential, and the resulting Internal Rate of Return is absolutely essential to success when considering investment properties."
