Career Summary & Current Responsibilities
Ed is the President of Triangle Commercial and
brings more than 15 years of knowledge and experience in the commercial real
estate industry.
Ed and his team specialize in consulting with buyers and tenants, providing them
with creative and effective solutions for managing their space requirements.
Along with his partner, Sam
DiFranco, Ed formed Triangle Commercial, Inc. in 2001.
Related Experience
Before starting Triangle Commercial, Ed was Vice President of Brokerage
Services at the
Raleigh office of CB Richard Ellis. Prior to this, Ed worked with Morris
Commercial, Inc., where he was responsible for brokerage and leasing activities
in the Triangle. Prior to Ed’s career in commercial real estate, he
worked for ten years in the semiconductor industry where he most recently
was the Process Engineering Manager for VLSI Technology, Inc., a semiconductor
chip manufacturer in San Jose, CA. This experience gives Mr. Hoel a
distinct advantage in representing high-tech firms. He is well versed in the
specialized space requirements relating to R&D, laboratory, software and
other technology companies.
