David is a licensed real estate broker with Triangle Commercial specializing in land brokerage, site selection and redevelopment of environmentally challenged properties.  He provides client value by bringing engineering knowledge to land transactions, thereby  decreasing sales transaction time and providing a higher level of buyer and seller confidence in the transaction.

Related Experience
David has 19 years of relevant engineering, sales and real estate experience, including land planning, due diligence, site civil design, landscape design, entitlements and community involvement.  His primary focus for the past 10 years has been land development in the Research Triangle MSA, where he has developed extensive local knowledge and relationships.
